Step-By-Step Web Design Sales Process

After spending many (many) hours working on some of my processes, I published my entire web design sales process in a blog post. It also comes with the email templates I use as templates inside of Gmail to make the whole thing even easier.

I tried several different ways to map out this process, including a flowchart in Miro (pictured below), but found that just writing it out in Google Docs and then updating my project management system to match was the path of least resistance.
